RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At ZALMIR, every case is made to order — printed just for you, the moment you place your order. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect size selection.

However, we've got you covered when it matters.

We accept returns or replacements if:

  • Your order arrives damaged or defective
  • You received the wrong product
  • The print quality is significantly different from what was shown

To request a replacement:
Contact us within 7 days of delivery at zalmircase@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We'll review your request and send a replacement at no extra cost.

Please note:

  • Slight color variations between screen and print are normal and not considered defects
  • We are not responsible for incorrect model selection at checkout — please double-check your iPhone model before ordering
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

European Union customers:
If your order is shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your item, for any reason. Please contact us at zalmircase@gmail.com to initiate this process.
